1.Open the Cmd.
2. Type the Command net user and Enter
3. Now you will be able to see all the user's of your laptop what you have to do is write down the administrator name.
4. Now run the command net user and the username i.e net user username and a long list will be there.
5. Now run the command net user and username* i.e net user username* eg. your username is lovey then you have to run the command net user lovey*
6. Now window will ask you for new password.
7. Thats all
